Elder R. Stacey Jenkins

Elder Ralph Stacey Jenkins was born the youngest of six, December 7, 1962 to Evangelist Greta Jenkins and the late Elder Madison Jenkins in Akron, Ohio. He showed signs of being used by God as an infant. It was prophesied that he would be a special young man whom God would find favor in and use for his "GLORY".

Elder Stacey attended the Akron Public School system as an honor student graduating from Akron Central Hower in 1981. He excelled in basketball and won many awards, the most prestigious was winning a state championship on the 1980 team with a record of 28-0. Elder Stacey attended Cuyahoga Community College and earned Conference Freshmen of the Year award while playing on a team that went to NJCAA tournament. He continued his education at the University of Akron majoring in Business Administration and Management.

Being a people person he showed great leadership qualities, and he never met a stranger. He had a heart for people and always felt EVERYONE was somehow a member of his family. His popularity in the community led him on many unpleasant journeys. Though God was preparing him with real-life experiences, he always kept a respect for God (being raised to fear the Lord).

Elder Stacey saw the light in March 1994 at Akron General Hospital and confessed Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior. The anointing would come over him at just merely testifying. He was ordained as a Deacon at The House of Prayer For All People Church and learned the operations of the church, and structure of leadership under the leadership of Bishop Robert Bell. After 4 1/2 years God called him into the ministry. He shadowed Bishop Bell and was taught the protocol of a minister with one on one sessions along with assistance from Elder and Evangelist Jenkins and Evangelist Lately Johnson to learn and observe the calling. He completed OCEA courses at the Chapel as well as Harvest Christian Center of Columbus, Ohio.

Elder Stacey is a Production Manager in Cleveland, Ohio and the proud husband to Lynnette Jenkins for over 19 years. He has three children whom he adores, Ashley, Bryson, and Marten as well as twin grandsons, Dillon and Denim.

Upon ordination as a licensed minister of the gospel and after his appointment as Pastor, Elder Stacey kept that zeal and excitement for life, for all people, but most of all, for the Lord. "But you are a chose generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people, that you should proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of the darkness into the marvelous light".
